I have used Town and Country for years now for my cats and today we had the awful decision to make to put our 16 year old cat down. The staff were amazing. This is absolutely the best Vet clinic we have ever been to. The kindest people and best care. So good my my family all go here even though its an hour drive away. Can't recommend them more highly!
They are very kind and compassionate! They care about the pets as well as the parents of the pets! Love this Vet Clinic. We’ve been taking dogs there for several years. When one of our dogs had cancer, they put him down for us. We usually work with Dr Bill but I’m sure everyone there is great to work with. Dr Bill has laughed with us and cried with us. Even the girls behind the front desk and answering the phones are friendly and knowledgeable. We can’t imagine going anywhere else!
We put down our dog Toby yesterday and they made it the most comforting experience. The room is comforting and inviting for such a sad event. The doctor was amazing and let us have all the time we needed. I will forever recommend them! And I’m not even from this area 💜
My family has been coming here for a few decades. Due to the great prices we actually bring our cats from Chicago up for any major procedures as it's 1/3 the cost even after factoring gas, hotel, and then we get to visit my fam too which is priceless =)
