Mike was great and very patient with our situation. We had originally spoke with a different salesperson who told us he was going to be there to help us out in the morning. We had already agreed on the numbers and we wanted to be in and out of the dealership since we drove two hours to purchase the vehicle and would have to drive back to get to work.
