The experience I had with my sales man Diego and Kian was like none other. I’ve never had such great customer service and understanding on where I needed to be at to leave with any dream car! They really worked hard and long and in the end I left as a happy customer I have nothing to complain about with those too they’re customer service is unmatched!

I came back after a week of looking elsewhere because of my initial interaction with Junior. The original deal that was discussed was upheld and Kian made sure to really take care of us and give us the best rate. I would definitely recommend Town East Ford!

We purchased a 2019 Ford Explorer on October 4, 2022. Our salesman was Tate Keffer. He was a great guy! He kept us in the loop every step of the way during our process. After we left the dealership we noticed we did not have a spare tire and the tool to change the tires. We contacted Tate and he made sure we got a spare tire and the tool. If you are looking for an HONEST dealership Town East Ford is that dealership! I would definitely recommend TOWN EAST FORD! Ask for Tate Keffer.
