Mike was great and very patient with our situation. We had originally spoke with a different salesperson who told us he was going to be there to help us out in the morning. We had already agreed on the numbers and we wanted to be in and out of the dealership since we drove two hours to purchase the vehicle and would have to drive back to get to work. Quick and knowledgeable. I didn't feel like I was being pressured and well taken care of. Truly felt like they were on my side and not just trying to sell me everything they could. Will be recommending and will be back in the future to this location for all my vehicle needs.

Sales process was painless until the inevitable 2 hour wait to sign documents and leave. You really need to improve the part of the process that begins after the customer agrees to purchase the vehicle. You wasted 2 hours of my team after I committed to purchase.
