Great people! Everyone I met at Town East Ford did a wonderful job meeting my needs! They made my experience quick and simple! This was my first true car buying experience and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the outcome.

Very knowledgable and helpful Extremely knowledgable sales member, knew the ins and outs and told me everything he knew about it, really a step up from most, the test drive wasn't quite it was full of him telling me about certain specs the radio etc, very very good, most dealerships I went to simply got the keys allowed me to drive around the block remained silent the entire time, then just asked if i wanted to buy it. Major step up from that!

They made it happen! My brother and I started the day thinking that we were going to have to drive all over the DFW to find a car for him. On top of the stress of having to shop and negotiate, we were worried about having to put money down that we didn’t have and that it would be difficult to find financing. Fortunately one of the stops we made was at Town East Ford. 2019 Ford Mustang GT Had an awesome experience at Town East Ford! Chandler Latus was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process from start to finish. My 2018 Ford F150 XLT Crew Experience I would recommend going to Town East Ford for your next new Truck, because not only were my wife and I very satisfied with the buying process, we were really surprised at how involved the salesman (Ranger) and the Business Manager (Brandon) were in the final steps which made us feel overjoyed and saying to ourselves this was worth the trip. Outstanding customer service! From Rodricke greeting me in the parking lot to delivery of my new Explorer with Craig South. while trying to decide on financing options, Scott Miller, general sales manager, noticed that my last two purchases my trade ins were at the 40K milage and suggested I look at the option to lease. Scott saved me $100 per month and I'll get a new vehicle in 3 years. Buying a new car was never this easy. Thank you Town East Ford!
