Best Car Buying Experience We had purchased a mustang at Town East about a year ago, so we knew when I needed a new truck exactly where to go. We met with Presley for the second time around and couldn't be more impressed with the customer service level and experience overall. New vehicle purchase Had a fantastic shopping experience using Town East ford. Their website functionality was solid and the use of mobile phones for inquiry purposes significantly sped up the process and reduced back and forth of phone calls and unneeded face time. Great Tyler...was such a gentlemen...willing answer all my questions and show me how to work everything on New Car...great services....I keep finding stuff that I don't know about and all I have to do is call Tyler an he walks me thru it r I stop by and he shows me...he a great Guy...always willing to be there for me...that's GREAT customer service

Friendly quick and fair Jacob, our salesman, was very friendly and listened to what we wanted. There was no rush; he answered our questions and was patient while we made decisions. He showed us all the options we requested.. We had special circumstances regarding our purchase; the people involved were honest, but not judgmental. Overall, it was a great experience. We will definitely return for our next car purchase.
