Excellent customer service First off, I was not able to leave with a vehicle in hand. With that being said, I will still give a five star rating on the excellent customer service received, especially by Farle. He was very courteous and respectful the entire time we were there. He and the staff offered us burgers and other great stuff during our stay. Every person we spoke to was friendly and not pushy or condescending (unlike what I dealt with at a local Kia dealership's finance department). Despite them ultimately not havin... read more

GO TO TOWN EAST FORD IF YOU WANT A MUSTANG! NATHAN THOMPSON WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO GET ME INTO A 2017 FORD MUSTANG GT. I DIDN'T THINK IT WAS POSSIBLE AT FIRST, BUT HE MADE IT HAPPEN. HE EVEN CONTACTED ME ON HIS DAY OFF TO MAKE SURE I WAS HAPPY WITH THE CAR AND HELPED SPEED UP THE PROCESS OF GETTING THE HAIL DAMAGE FIXED. WHAT MORE COULD YOU ASK FOR IN A SALESMAN THAN THAT?
