Great experience with both Amanda and Joshua. Both were knowledgeable and professional and very courteous. Also the time it took to close the sale once I had picked the right truck for me was quick and painless!!

Buying or Leasing a new vehicle, can been a pain in the butt. It can be stressful. But my Leasing experience today, at Town East Ford, was quite pleasant and stress-free. Ask for Farle Lutian, he was awesome. Farle made Leasing my new 2020 F-150, a piece of cake.
Dealership made us feel welcome and everyone was friendly and courteous. We met the owner and general sales manager who took time to say hello. Amanda our salesperson was knowledgeable took her time with us, she went and brought SUV’s up to us as I walk. With a cane She took very Good care of us explained the Features and how to use them. I would recommend her to others.
Towne East Ford makes the buying experience pleasant and hassle free. This is the second vehicle I bought from them. They have the best Ford prices I've found in Texas and both times I drove 2 hours to buy vehicles from them. No where between DFW and Louisiana has better deals and I refer anyone on a budget or looking for the best deal to them. They also have one of the few honest and good service centers.
I am updating my review as they have made it. I have a big issue on Friday from American Casualty Insurance that cause Town East Ford not to release my vehicle. I appreciate Town East ford going above and beyond to help me. Kevin and Zack worked hard to have my vehicle ready even though the other insurance have not released full payment the went go get and put me back on my vehicle.

First of all we were treated so well at Town East Ford 25 words is simply not enough MR Anuj and MR Jason are Fabulous Town East is fabulous everyone treated us like royalty Town East is the best on this side of Heaven the visit was even better than our last visit we give them a 10 because 5 is not enough
