Best Car Buying Experience Ever! My experience with Town East Ford was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Andy Fisher and Jimmy Hall made sure I had everything I needed throughout the process. They worked with me to get the payment I needed and negotiated with me whenever possible. Andy made sure I got the vehicle that would best meet my needs even after the first car I came to look at had been sold. I will definitely go back to Town East Ford in the future.

Wasn't trapped or rushed into buying great experience When I drove up I wasn't bombarded by the usual wave sales people which was nice Mr Moody was very respectable and caring to my fathers disabled needs and helped us find a nice truck that will last a long time with out issues. It took us three day to figure out if we wanted to make the commitment and we were not pressured in the buy.

Trey Moody helped get me the best deal! He didn't stop until I was happy. All other workers I met continued to ask if I needed anything. It was nice!

Aewesome Must say did not know what to expect when I walked in. I had A friend drive me there. I had just come off a very trying time you see I took care of my mom for 6 years because of Alzheimer's when it came time to put her in a home and that is very expensive to make long story short we lost everything I mean all of it. Great Experience!!! I recently bought a new car from town east ford it was a Ford Edge I really enjoyed my car. My salesman Andrew Fisher was great he went above and beyond his job for me and my husband. The finance manager Todd was excellent he helped us immensely after I got the car home they followed up with me several times to make sure this was a good fit for me thank you so much Town East Ford you guys are the best!

Satisfaction guaranteed I have not bought a vehicle in over 10 years. After going to several places and getting my hopes up for disappointment every time. I figured i would give it one more shot.The prices at this dealership were much more reasonable than what I had seen in my month long search for a veicle. Very satisfied! !! I really didn't think my chances of getting a vehicle were very good. My girlfriend recently purchased a car from here, so i figured I would give it a shot. I went in and filled out my guest sheet and credit application. I had the same salesperson. Thomas O'Doherty was very friendly and helpful. We found my vehicle very quick and they were able to meet my needs. The price was good too. I will definitely be a return customer when the time comes. Thanks Town East Ford.
