Amazing , very friendly and helpful Nick helped me every step of the way , always helpful and explainotory with every vehicle or truck. Always answered all my questions . He kept updated with how the new truck was driving. Asked if I needed anything. Recommend a truck that fit my needs with space, navigation and the package of the vehicle. I would definitely recommend Nick and will with any family members I have to go purchase a vehicle at town east ford.

New car purchase at Tiwn East Ford I worked with Mr Farle and Nathan. The salesmen were very helpful and understanding. They worked really hard for us. Even the financing Manager Jason was outstanding. Town East Ford has some of the best gentlemen in Dallas. The entire staff was always helpful. They collaborated as great Team Players....

Took too long Tyler my salesman was perfect, very friendly, professional I would recommend him ... I told FNI manager I was definitely not interested in a warranty... But the manager comes in trying to bully me into buying a useless warranty on a cheap older vehicle ..He was pushy and rude and questioned my decision as a female. To buy a vehicle especially a used 10,000 vehicle has NEVER been so annoying to me as to the games that were played and I could tell it was the Manager who caused all the delays. Fair Trade From beginning I had all paperwork available on website completed including rough idea of what my trade was worth. I realized from history of haggling over price and trade for a new vehicle it would be give and take. I appreciate the patience shown by all as we haggled and wheeled and dealed. I appreciated the above and beyond financing on my new vehicle. Overall satisfied I received best deal possible.
