Johnathan, Ray, Eddie and Dallas have really taken excellent care of me made me feel part of town east ford family
After the engine was replaced about 10mts ago the bank 2 cat was toast from the oil consumption on the previous engine so I called Christa at Town East to schedule both cats to be replaced on a Tuesday and she got the parts ordered that day and they arrived on Thursday in time to drop truck at 8 am Friday morning grab a loaner and was ready for pick up at 4pm that day just in time to start the weekend. they also did the carbon clean out and oil change as well and the truck drives just as good as the first day I drove it off ... read more

Waited a little over two hours but it didn't feel too bad due to Austin's customer service.
I felt welcomed and cared for! Crista stayed in communication with me about the status of my vehicle with the details of what was being done and etas of the necessary parts that were ordered.
Friendly people which took care of me in a timely manner without any concerns at all
Patricia was very professional from the time I I called her on the phone from the side of the road until the fixes were done and kept me informed along the way.
Very personable and very delightful to talk to. Treated me and everyone around her with respect. I felt very easy and comfortable. Definitely will be coming back.
Won't be buying any more trucks there. To much dealer add charges for stuff consumer don't need
