Service Crista Harris was great she made sure the MPP plan I had was used because my last I got my vehicle serviced I was told my plan was no longer valid so when I expressed this Crista made sure my plan was in fact valid and made sure I used all my ford points for the other recommended services.
She got me in immediately. Only had to wait about 45min for oil change and tire rotation. Great job Patricia. Thank you Kaitlynn for getting my apt so soon after I called.
