I had an indicator light that showed a low back r. Tire was repaired quickly. A system check found a blown bulb. Great customer service! The inside facilities were very clean. Free coffee and free popcorn! Great experience.

Not my 1sy rodeo with Town North Nissan 😍 I live about 8 minutes from another Nissan dealership but prefer to drive over 25 minutes to get my Nissan Rogue serviced at Town North Nissan. Everyone is super friendly and their facilities are super clean. Complimentary Gourmet coffee, popcorn and water along with Wi-Fi is another reason I make the drive Evey time.

service person Had a hard-time with extended warranty people-Christie Munoz helped me with everything she could..The warranty was through another co. -after dealing with them for two days was at edge- thankfully Christie got vehicle taken care of-she is awesome person & very understanding- had to take my vehicle back but it also got taken care of-wished mechs.woukd have taken my car & fixed it without two-hr. waiting time-other than that would take my vehicle there for repairs anytime.

Service above and beyond I went in for an oil change, but wound up needing to do some maintenance. The staff was super friendly and stayed until everything was completed.

Great Service, Slightly Uncomfortable Financing I really enjoyed our sales rep and the conversation was great. Financing was not so pleasant. We felt a little uncomfortable after the financier didn’t get the sale on the upgraded warranty service. When we left we could tell he was extremely upset about it.
