Purchased Nissan Rogue 2 weeks ago. Understand it was too late at night when I purchased and couldn’t get the car cleaned. Sales person followed up on getting it cleaned, but couldn’t make it during weekdays. Walked in today, horrible receiving by the lady at front, very uninterested in knowing the needs. My Wife and I had purchased a Nissan Rogue from you back in May of 2023. We had reached out multiple times over a few months to the rep who helped us, Daniel S., about an issue with the car upon receiving it, but never heard back to resolve it.
