I looked them up online and found a specific car I wanted to test drive. Showed up, test drove the car and it seemed fine. Everything seemed perfect. Got approved. The guys at Town North Nissan really took care of me. I want to thank Jace May and Garrett Casler for helping with my transmission issues. I feel like they truly cared about the outcome of my repairs since my car is out of warranty and I was relying on Nissan's Goodwill Assistance. Shopping experience was good they treat you important to make a deal, but after your done paying Off your car and go back for your refund on the warranty you didn’t not use,they treat you like crap... the receptionist is very rude not friendly at all it’s like she hates her job, financial department don’t return calls knowing your frustrated with the situation. I purchased (not financed) a 2015 Altima from them 5 months ago and can't get anyone to issue my title to the vehicle because someone there wrote the lien out wrong. now for the past 2 months I've been getting the run around about what's owed to me and this is unacceptable.
