Another 5-star review! Town North Nissan never disappoints. Each and every point of contact seems designed with the client in mind. I called on Monday, 11/26 for an appointment to change the oil in my Murano. The assistance was friendly and first-rate. When I arrived today, Jose Herrera remembered helping me on a previous visit. I told him that the car was due for full maintenance; but all I could manage today was the oil change. He understood and offered to give me an estimate for full maintenance on a later date. Oil change Christie was awesome. She called me multiple times to keep me updated on my pathfinder, she told me what was wrong and how much it would cost. She also offered the ride service to me which was fabulous.
