Konstantin rocks at Town North Nissan! Call ahead and negotiate with Konstantin on the phone! If you like the price, have him get it ready so you can walk in and sign the paperwork. You might be able to get out of there in less than 2 hours if it’s a weekday. Streamlined less of the “let me get my manager” hassle at some other dealers

Nissan Sentra Jason is a very nice and knowledgeable sales person. Not a pushy guy but sells you on the facts of the vehicle. Restrooms and vending area need a remodel.

Service & warranty work Scheduled an oil change along with warranty work as the a/c gets stuck on thermostat. They completed all of the work in one day, and i was out the door by 4:30.. very pleased with that. My only complaint, which is minimal is they need to link their online appts data better with their service crew. When I dropped off i still had to provide all my contact info again, even after providing on the online portal.. fix that and you save a lot of time for the customer and the service team. Great service We needed to bring our Sentra in for routine service and had an unhappy experience at a different Nissan dealership closer to us. We decided to take the extra time to drive to Town North and are glad we did! They did what they were supposed to do in the agreed upon amount of time without trying to sell us anything extra . A very pleasant experience!
