Ben here at Town North Nissan Preowned is a rockstar. He has been so absolutely helpful. He got me set up in the perfect car for my girls and I. We looked at every SUV that would fit my family and he was so patient and kind. He was unphased by my girls, and they can be rather unruly. Best place I've found in Austin for servicing my Rogue. Great customer service and as fast as one can expect on a busy Saturday. The waiting area is comfortable PLUS they offered pizza from Marcos! They run excellent specials and do great work so I highly recommend them for your routine maintenance!

I actually had a very good experience at Town North! Yousef was extremely helpful and patient with all my questions. I felt very comfortable working with him, and never felt pressured or rushed. I definitely would recommend Town North Nissan, and especially their wonderful salesman Yousef!

Had a warranty issue with a hub bearing go out. After waiting a bit they let me know about a few issues I didn't know about. So glad I brought it in! Part wasn't available and I was about to leave for Ohio! They took care of me though! Got me a rental so I can still see my mom whom I'd not seen in years! Great staff here!

This place was respectful of my time. I got there @ 6:50 am on a Saturday morning and I was out with in about 90 minutes. I'm glad they open up @ 7 am.
