I went to north Austin location for first oil change and arrived a little before 8 am. The rep Issac quickly attended me as I was surprisingly the only car there. Maybe because labor day weekend? My expired coupon was honored as I had called in and made appointment before expired. Plenty of seating, coffee, and snacks. I was out by 930. Issac was friendly and competent. I will return even though I will have to drive north from South Austin.
My initial contact with Town North was not very pleasant. There was an incident of them attempting to add onto my monthly note without my knowledge. I was able to speak to the manager about my concerns. I greatly appreciated his help. I also needed service completed on my car. The service was prompt and the reps were pleasant. Thanks to OC Brooks, Garrett and to the service reps.
Had an awesome experience, Jamal is a great dealer the entire process took less than 2hrs and he was quite knowledgeable and immensely helpful.
I had a great experience here buying my new Rogue from Mohannad Yousef. He was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and respectful - definitely stands apart from sales staff I encountered at other dealers. I'd honestly recommend him to anyone. And I looooove my new car!
