Way better than the Straler of Round Rock Round Rock Nissan allways try to add something to my seevice visit, they changed my brake fluid twice in less than 15k miles, i changed Dealer to Nissan North and it was the best move i done, they dont push things to me and they are honest, my last visit was for routine service and state inspection, they had a $50 discount so the total cost for my visit was $17.26. Decent service I came for an oil change and an inspection. I was going to get an alignment and was told I didn't need it and I appreciated that. However, the inspector wanted me to pay for a brake light bulb in order to pass inspection. I'm not sure if I really needed that. But overall it was a decent experience.

Expensive maintenance and not even vacuumed I needed to drop for a contaminated fuel clean out of my 2017 pathfinder. The maintenance process was very good. I paid $1400 for the maintenance. 2 things that made the experience a bit disappointing. 1 i was told verbally that they cannot warranty that there will be no further issues???🤨 but also when i picked the car wasn’t even cleaned or vacuumed. Great service! I’ve found the service center staff always friendly and helpful and never pushy with up sales. Free WIFI and coffee in the waiting area is nice too.

friendly staff, good inventory my second new purchase from town north. great service and considerate sales staff. The buying process is slow (both my purhases over the years were fully paid cashable check transactions, yet both took hours), but the staff is friendly and thoughtful. Excited about my new car and glad they had almost exactly what I needed when most dealers do not stock what I need.
