Smooth and easy!! I inquired at 8pm in the evening online about a new Maxima and Carlos promptly responded the very next morning!! I explained to him that we were 25 months into a 36 month lease and he was able to get us out of the lease early (without any penalties)!! We are now the proud owners of a 2016 Platinum edition Maxima!! Smooth and easy process.....thanks, Carlos!!!

Ask for John Sullivan in service Had my 370Z towed in and everything about the experience was great. With no appointment I called the service department before the vehicle arrived and spoke with service advisor John Sullivan and gave him a heads up that my vehicle was in its way on a tow truck and to please be expecting it. John is an easy going easy to talk to kinda guy. If you ever have your vehicle at town north Nissan for service, ask for John. I will be dealing with him from now on if need be. Love my Rogue!!! I traded in my old Ford Escape and upgraded into a new 2015 Rogue. My salesperson, Carlos, was great. I got a great deal and didn't have to be there all day. When I went in it was raining so they pulled the car on the showroom and dried it off for me to look at so I didn't get wet!! Now that is great customer service. I am loving my new car- thanks!!

Great car buying experience! As my husband and I walked in to the Town North Nissan dealership last weekend we were greeted by a smiling Jesse Sims and "What can I do for you today?". Jesse was professional and very nice to work with. He answered all our questions about the different Maxima models available and was not at all a pushy salesman. Great Service I am pleased with my experience at town north I had a salesman names Lee Tinoco and he was very charming and delightful to work with. It has be since 2003 purchasing a car, I was as scared then as I was this time around but Lee made me very a ease.
