Verified Renter The start was kind of rough because my apartment A/C was not working. However, they were quick with fixing it. After a few days my car got towed because the parking app was not working for me. I talked to them about it and they handled it. After that, i haven’t have any other inconvenience. However, i have to say maintenance requests take a long time. I’ve been waiting for them to fix several stuff for over a month now. Verified Renter I love the convenience. The property always looks clean and appealing. The property manager and office staff are always super helpful, friendly and kind. I really like the new items for the pool as well as the pet areas. Even though I don't have any pets.

Verified Renter Since TAM Residential bought Towne West 3 years ago, so much was so bad with management that I never thought I’d write a positive review. In recent months, the situation has changed for the better. Management now works with residents who work with them. Maintenance is prompt and professional.
