"Salim Dossa Knows Customer Service!" It was a pleasure dealing with Salim Dossa today. Every single time I have needed a lift somewhere and he's been the shuttle driver things have gone smoothly. Salim is extremely courteous (a rarity in today's me me me society) and makes a customer feel like the M.V.P. of a sports team. This is how customer service used to be every single day. It's wonderful to see that somebody in the customer service field knows what customer service SHOULD be, especially in 2018!
"Fantastic Customer Service!!" I recently came to your dealership for my first visit. I had to have a recall done. While I was waiting Ian tried to help me with my wifi issues and he also went to go check on my car while it was being serviced. He went above and beyond. "Great service " Service was really great . The work was completed within the estimated time. Price didn’t exceed quote. Shuttle driver was polite friendly and on time. Would recommend the dealership to others.
"Follow Up" This is a follow up to a previous review. My Toyota RAV 4 was giving me some problems shortly after I purchased it. It is an older model, 2010. Kenton was very adamant in making things right and did just that. My vehicle is good as new! They were extremely helpful and kind through out it all. So, thank you! I had also made a note a few spots were missed in the clean of it prior to purchase (not a big deal, there was a rush put on it.) When it was brought in to get serviced it got a full detail again. "Friendly and knowledgeable sales staff without the pressure." We have been looking for a new vehicle for a long time at dealerships around Edmonton. We ended up buying from Kenton because he had a very thorough knowledge of the products and never put any pressure on us.
