5 Star : My Experience Ishmael, I apologize if I spelled the name wrong, went above and beyond to help me get my car fixed. The Service Department would not return my calls until Desera became involved and then Ishmael made sure everything went smoothly after that. High praise to both of them. My car back hatch door works great now.
