We were looking for a specific type of Sequoia. The dealer was able to provide what we wanted at a competitive price. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
4 stars only for Adrian. Personally the Toyota of Dallas experience was below poor. Glad the deal got done but not a Sewell experience. I have been in sales for 40 years. The unprofessional display during your Friday midday sales meeting caused me to walk out of the dealership. Every business has a right to their own culture.
