4 Star : Likely to Recommend I was very upset because the detail department threw away personal belongings that I had left in the back floor board. No one called me about finding the cargo holder. All the contents were thrown away. They also threw away a trash bag that was hooked in the area of the front passenger seat. The items thrown away were important to me and it was a violation by the Toyota crew to not call me and hold on to the cargo holder. I am on a fixed income and had to buy a new trash bag.
