My experience I feel I should have had more info about car before I left dealership in the process of sale as I waited 7 hours for loan to go through. I am not pleased with material used to cover seats and doors. everything sticks to it. Hard to maintain. definitely need seat covers to keep it in good shape. But its too late to do anything about it. Not many features for a almost 40,000 buy. Excellent customer service Purchased a new vehicle some time ago and the service in every aspect is exceptional. Friendly, courteous staff, always helpful. I've visited another dealership from the area and my decision to purchase my vehicle from Deerfield Toyota was based on the environment and mostly the Sales Associate's-Domingo R. friendly, pleasant persona. Great Deals! The dealership is very professional and has great deals. The customer service is great. I love my new car which the dealer helped me pick out.
