Purchase & Service Purchased a new 2015 Highlander in June, from Sales person Natalie Pena. During the process Natalie was very courteous and knowledgeable. 02-03-16, had vehicle serviced dealt with Jesse James McNichol, again the professionalism reflected that Deerfield Beach Toyota, is the Dealership to purchase a vehicle. I plan on purchasing our next vehicle there All employees were very polite as well.

Outstanding My experience was above and beyond what I expected.I was anxsious to get a truck and wanted it fast. Instead of taking advantage of that my sales man Paul Susca made sure to get me in a truck even though I'm in a wheel chair due to my medical condition and take me for a test ride to make sure it was the truck I wanted.He also so spent over a week to get the specific truck I was looking for and it wasn't easy.He worked with me to give me a fair price and also within that week got together with his finance dept to ... read more

5 star service! Just bought a 2014 Camry. Craig was the salesmen. He helped me in every way and explained everything! There were no unanswered questions. It was like dealing with a life long friend. The service was extremely professional and he was beyond knowledgeable. I got a few follow up calls just to make sure that I was completely satisfied which I was. I highly recommend this dealership and Craig!

Car purchase made easy Craig was great, as was Peter They were both patient with me and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciated all they did to find just the right car for me. The Salesman Worked Hard For Me The salesman was knowledgeable, patient, no pressure, and he worked hard to get me what I wanted quickly as I had a limited amount of time. The salesman did not play any games or tricks at closing, and exceeded expectations by obtaining an extra key from the previous owner.

Easiest car buying expierience ever I was referred to Natalie by a friend, she was very helpful and knowledgeable, she was very transparent and honest throughout the process, in all the years that I have purchased vehicles this has been the easiest and most pleasant expierience I ever had.
