Review about buying a new car I was disappointed the way the salesperson and the financial manager handle the closing process. I sat on the couch for 45 minutes waiting for the financial manager stop having a conversation with a person on his office. I saw other people coming and talk about things not related to work and he did even knowledge my presence that I was waiting. The closing process took more than I expected. Not a good experience.

Repeat Customer! Although new to the Toyota family, I have already returned for the second time. In 2014 I worked with Ernis and bought a 2014 Tundra that was perfect for my husband. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER BUYING A CAR!!! Since our 2007 Prius was rear ended and the car was totaled we had to buy another car. Best purchase experience ever. Best Car Buying Experience Ever Jeannie was a pleasure to work with. Not only was she knowledgeable about the cars but she didn't presure me at all. She had an answer to all of my questions which was very reassuring that I came to the right place. As soon as I arrived I was greeted with a smile which put me at ease.
