Outstanding! Such a wonderful experience. Was a little nervous at first by she made me feel comfortable. Went in to lease a Rav4. But with the kind of work I do it would not fix my needs. I travel a lot and would have put much additional miles which would have been a big expense for me She pointed that out and I ended up buying a Rav4.. I am very happy I meant with her.
