This is my third vehicle bought at Deerfield Beach Toyota and always it is a pleasure to stop by at this dealership. The sales people are very friendly and they do the best to serve us as a customer. Ana, Carlos, John and Allan were great. I went in for servicing my 2012 toyata corolla. I was not happy about the cost of servicing and I ended up leaving with a 2013 toyota corolla. This was my third visit to this dealership and the same people (mentioned previously) dealt with me. They were friendly and Ana was especially concerned for my comfort with both my buying experience and she ensured that I was comfortable while I waited. Overall experience was amazing. Everyone there was so helpful, from the secretary to the general manager, they were so friendly which made it an exceptional buying experience. Carlos Oliveira was our salesman and he was absolutely wonderful. We were in such a rush to get a car and he helped us find the perfect match. I am so happy with my new car. I highly recommend Deerfield beach toyota, ask for Carlos Oliveira he makes the experience painless and enjoyable!
I went to Toyota to have a service done in my car but them i change my mind, i got the attention that i needed, everyone were nice, i think it was a great deal for both of us (me and Toyota) .
Ana Maia was wonderful! She is so personable, helpful and knowledgeable in her approach, and throughout the entire transaction. Carlos Oliveira was also a joy to work with. He is extremely friendly and gives you a reassuring feeling that he is "on your side" and wants you leaving the dealership feeling satisfied. I will refer Ana and Carlos to friends and family, and will definitely work with them in my future vehicle purchases.
The sales reps we worked with were wonderful. They were eager to please and satisfy all our concerns in buying a used vehicle. The manager, John, was also fantastic. He resolved a tire issue we had promptly without a second thought. HIs main concern was the safety of the vehicle and we were very pleased. The dealership was above and beyond our expectations. All of the staff was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend them.
When you decide to buy a car a lot of doubts arrive in front of you. I made my research with friends and I was told Toyota Corolla was a good option when you're looking for an economic and comfortable car. The reason for my rates are based on the excellent treatment. Ana was quick to help us. She showed us the type of cars we were looking for. She worked with us regarding the lease and we were able to reach a deal. She has been helpful since the purchase and helped us with the bluetooth connection. Carlos was also very helpful. He gave me a ride home in the new car and picked up the trade-in in order to make the transition easy and smooth. We will recommend Ana and Carlos to our friends who may be looking for a new car.
Bonnie was a dream to work with my wife and i got a 2013 Corolla and a 2013 Rav4 she made it as hasel free and as quick as possible non of the constant dealer haggling and entire day spent trying to close the deal we walked in and out of there with 2 new cars in less time that most dealerships take to get you a test drive.
