I went into toyota and i immediately found Bonnie who was very knowledgeable and highly recommended. She showed the 2013 scion tC and all the awesome features it comes with. I've been coming to this dealership ever since I moved to Florida 12 years ago. I started having my car serviced by David Romeo. I always ask for him when I come into the dealership, he is the reason I bought my third Toyota and as my car is 12 years old will be the reason I will buy my next. Hendrickson is much closer to my home, now that I have moved from Delray, but I still go to Delray. Great service. David Romeo is the best.
Bought a 2009 Certified Toyota Camry. I hadn't fully understood the terms of the contract and I came back 2 days later to speak with the general manager. Both him and the finances managers were very helpful and understanding, they took ownership and action of the situation. I am very pleased with the purchase and I would recommend this dealer although I would try to avoid finances specialist Billy Hasson as he may not be the best at explaining the terms of the agreement.
The people with whom I worked listened to my needs and The people with whom I worked listened to my needs and comcerns and were most helpful. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for Bonnie to do and even though the weather was inclement, she went to my old car to retrieve something I had forgottern to remove. Bonnie took the time to thoroughly go over all the options and made my entire experience very pleasant. The sales men were not sharks after a piece of meat. They were patient and took their time when helping me. No pressure sales....that is a change...my next vehicle will be purchased there and I will recommend them to all my friends who are in the market for a new or used vehicle. Thanks!!!!
I also had a good experience when purchasing my used truck until th te next day when i added a quart of oil to the low oil only to find the engine burning oil an smoking bad trying to get hold of manager now will keep you informed
All I can say is Thanks to All that assisted me in purchasing a new Camry 2012. The experience was amazing, from ringing the bells and signing all documents. Yes, we ran into some pit falls but Deerfield Toyota and me didn't let the pit hold us, we kept on pushing until I was made extremely happy concerning my purchase. I was happy but not extremely. Salesman (Brian Blades) and Finance Manager (Billy Hassan) came through for me.
GREAT SERVICE, GREAT SELECTION AND GOOD PRICES. VERY FRIENDLY! I WILL DEF RECCOMEND TO OTHERS THAT ARE LOOKING FOR A NEW OR USED CAR...People were welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. My only complaint is that the process took as long as it did. We spent 5 and one half hours at the dealership between the time we walked in for our test drive and the time we finally drove out with the car of our choice.
