I thought I had a great experience until I drove the vehicle home. I messaged my salesman to get items out of my vehicle with no call back. The finance manager explained I was getting a certified pre owned contract for 100,000 miles but actually charged me $4000 for it and $900 for a tire and wheel package I didn’t ask for, want or need.
