I would never buy a car from this scam filled dealership. The employees are not trained right, the managers can’t do there job either. Took my Tacoma in for service and didn’t want it washed, because the porter couldn’t read the RO I’m now out a truck that I loved and still paying for it because my sales person and the managers didn’t check the paperwork when I got the truck. Then when I confronted them about I was called the liar. They are refusing to do the right thing and make this right for something they caused.

This was the worst new car buying experience I have ever experienced if you are buying a car from Wolverine Toyota I would highly recommend thoroughly reading your contract before signing it they tried to hide a $1000.00windshield warranty in our contract and never mentioned it they did mention several times they never sell over MSRP selling you a warranty that is already covered by most insurance companies is another way to sell at over MSRP the final monthly payment did not end up being what they originally told us and whe... read more

This is THE WORST car dealership I’ve ever dealt with. It is impossible to get anyone to return your call and to help you out with mechanical issues with your newly purchased car. Buyer beware, Avoid this dealership

They sold my son and his wife a vehicle that was not safe. 4 months after purchase the sub frame snapped, they were in Illinois when it happened, and Wolverine refused to accept responsibility for selling an unsafe vehicle and refused to offer any help in repairing the vehicle. Then, this past weekend the entire exhaust system fell off the vehicle! The fact that this vehicle is falling apart 8 months after purchase proves that this dealership is horrible and unsafe, I would NEVER recommend them to anyone! Not only this but ... read more

Absolutely the worst. I purchased a used 2014 Honda Odyssey minivan from Wolverine Toyota. On the way home, after driving it 32 miles, the van began jerking and shuttering when shifting gears. I immediately called the dealership and spoke to my salesperson. He said “sorry, it’s a used car, as is, no warranty, not our problem”. I protested that they had told me it had undergone a vigorous inspection and was in excellent working order. He said “sorry, you bought it, it is as is”. I protested that I’ve only owned it for 45 mi... read more

Terrible business! No integrity! Try buying a 2008 red Subaru Impreza decent price. Took it to my mechanic said there was a leaking transmission and leaking left radiator along with that tires in terrible shape, censors were out, and the brakes were the wrong size! Brought the car back to the dealership and they took my paper with everything wrong it. Told me car passed a 200+ inspection test. Also said every car gets a oil change when it comes in but the oil filters were very dirty. They should know better especially from a... read more

i purchased a precertifed 2020 rav 4. after having only 3 weeks i went out to start the car and it would not start and gave several messages including hybrid system malfunction. the car had to be towed to the dealer. i had to miss work that day - very frustrating. I was told it would be a day or 2 to get the part needed from CA. After 3 days at the dealership was told the part is on backorder. No set time for the part to be in or the car to be fixed. i was given a loaner but the lack of communication from the dealership is ... read more

Bought a 2019 Toyota Highlander from Wolverine Toyota in October 2019. Salesman’s name was Ray Sweet. Paid almost $40k CASH. Found the car on car gurus. Bought it sight unseen as I have many times in the past. Had it shipped to CT. Trusted this dealership in good faith to be honest about the vehicle. When the vehicle arrived, there was a dent by the rear bumper (transport company owned up to no issues) and a 6” crease in the door Ray Charles could see. When I asked Ray about the dent he said it was there at the dealership, b... read more
