Karina Garza is the best! We arrived to pick up new license plates and to have the glove box door reattached without an appointment. Karina advised us that due to a very busy Monday and without an appointment it could take up to 2 hours. I informed her we were just getting over the C19 Virus & we would probably have to try to reschedule.
