Starting my car buying experience yesterday stopping at the wrong dealership wasting couple hours in Lewisville. Left frustrated and empty handed. Today at Toyota of Grapevine, it was so smooth and easy without all the back and forth. I located the vehicle through cars.com and put in an inquiry with the dealership of it’s available. The dealership rep Will “Big Will” Shearins contacted me promptly and answer all my questions. He was professional and courteous. I choose to purchase the vehicle on a day that Will was scheduled off, he work me and came in on his off day to take care of my purchase transaction and stay till the end, until I drove off the lot with my car - A+ salesman service.
