Brake Service Brought 2005 Scion XB in 4 brake inspec. and new tires. Asst serv mgr let me know of tire sale in Oct, so I'll wait until next week. Thx Dan! Commun. was great, upfront pricing. The srv advisors are respectful, cheerful and friendly! I love that! You're not a "number " at Toyota of Renton! Asst srv mgr let me know of all my options and was sensitive to my budget! Financially Trustworthy My 2000 Celica was suddenly misfiring and running rough. Matt started by checking the simplest repairs 1st and found a bad spark plug. The repair was quick and inexpensive I had just replaced them 1 year ago with an inferior mechanic who said he would not cheap out on the quality, but did. I trust Toyota of Renton.
Oil change It was a long wait but they let you know right away. Love the recommendation!
Critter ate my windshield water dispenser hose. I'm never disappointed with the servicing and repair. Not only did they quickly find the problem with the windshield. But also checked my battery hose that seemed to be damaged by the critter. Two problems with one service. Way to go Toyota!

Regular car maintenance My husband and I bought our used Toyota Prius V from Toyota of Renton summer of 2016. We were originally there to just check out the Prius V. My husband didn't really want to buy from a dealership cuz of previous bad experiences with how some sales people treat you. We were helped out right away, and asked to test drive the car.
