Scion I go to this repair facility- and only this facility. Everyone is helpful, repairs are done on time, no surprises with the cost. You can make an appointment on line or for a normal service you can just come in. IThis is my second Scion- I tried another facility- not good. I bought my car here too. Salesman was great not pushy - wanted to know what I wanted in a car.
Tundra Daniel Dalthorp, the service manager at Toyota of Renton, made my day today. With a loaner car I was able to make my day productive while the mechanics were working on my Tundra. All the fluids were replased in just a few hours. No waiting for car to get in, either A lot of people kept everything moving fast and smooth. Great plase, as it always was!

The service department team was able to get my car in as soon as time allows which was sreasonable wait due to other vehicles there earlier. Aftee the oil change the person who handled the paper work explained the problem with my car in a professional manner. It was an overall a smooth transition and then was able to leave knowing they did a great job. Thank you service team!
Very pleasant and accomodating By far, the service receiving area is huge, neat, organized, and staffs are friendly and accomodating. Waiting area is also huge, comfortable, and offers variety of things for convenience. The show room, sales reps, and staffs are amazing. They're respectful, professional, competent, and you won't feel any pressure nor being trapped. I would highly recommend this place
