The vehicle was in for a scheduled service and also a replacement under warranty. I needed to change the details by phone after making the appointment. All of this worked perfectly and the work was done within the time stated. The only minor annoyance was that the Toyota ad-bot subsequently tried to sell me a parts replacement that Toyota repair workers told me was fine until the next scheduled service.

Very nice. Don't feel like I was nickel and dimed. Vehicle was ready sooner than they promised. Communication was great. Price was expected amount. Overall a great experience.

Great service, excellent attention to customer, fantastic facility! I really like the big walk-in indoor garage. I wish more Honda places would have a service area like that for my other cars!
