The service advisor understood the problem and fixed it.
Pablo was great, he assisted me and ensured all I went in for was taken care of.
Service department employees were customer satisfaction oriented and did not try to up sell. Prices very competitive. Even included a discount coupon which I did not have.
Fast, friendly, professional, reasonably priced, in and out without any worries.

Did good work despite being very busy. Communicated regularly and finished faster than expected.
The service was excellent and staff was nice and helpful. It only take 1.5 hour for oil change. Also they do tire rotation and multipoint inspection included with the oil change.
