I never write reviews but if you’re looking for an honest dealership look somewhere else. My experience at Toyota of Renton was a disaster from start to finish. When I went to buy my car, the finance guy, a big dude, threw in over $4,000 in extra charges out of nowhere. We’re talking about stuff I never asked for and certainly didn’t want, on top of a ridiculous $5,000 "market adjustment" fee. Great experience. Omar was fantastic. Worked very well with the both of us buying our first 4Runner. Standup guy. Never felt pressured, he worked with us each step of the way and got us what we wanted. I would highly recommend working with him if you have a chance.
