I've always done a routine maintenance check up every 5000 miles. Nowadays, it's getting to be pretty expensive to bring it in because even an oil change is over $100. I basically trust Toyota to maintain a product that they manufacture better than some other mechanic but the price is starting to make me wonder and consider going a cheaper route.
It was slow this time. I had an appointment and it still took 2 hours. It took over 10 minutes for person to even come to the car to ask me what I wanted.
