My first time to your place and it was great, everything was smooth confortable and fast
Performed my scheduled maintenance quickly.
Benito was my service advisor and was very professional. He kept me up to date and did everything that I was told would be done which included interval maintenance and two recalls. With my other Tundras, I had been going to a different dealership and did not realize the huge difference between them. I should have been at Toyota of Richardson all along!
The service agent was great. It took a little longer than anticipated- 6 hrs. We have been customers for a number of years and always recommend your dealership.
Appointment was made easily and work was completed quickly.
