great service! came on time and left at a reasonable amount of time!
Service was for Zaktek & completed in over an hr.
A little difficulty making the appointment. The shuttle service was excellant! I was not given a lot of detail about the service. The amount charged seemed excessive.
Aaron did a great job at keeping me informed and getting all my questions answered.

Technician did not fix the issue with my Entertainment System. When I picked up the car and discovered that it was not fixed, I waited for about 30 minutes for the technician to come back out to inspect it. While waiting, I was able to troubleshoot and fix the problem myself. I did get 3 updates to my Entertainment System, though.
my salesperson, elvin, was amazing helpful to meet my purchase price and attentive. my finace person, bryan, was super awesome and made the process so fast. as we all know buying a car takes hours but the guys made it a great experience. i will definetly purchase my next vehicle from them. if i could give them a 10 star rating, i would!
