Good and positive experience
It was great like always. They did factory required services and paint protection on my car.
Had a flat tire and Oliver immediately checked me in and took care of me. The tire was still under warranty and a new one was put on to replace it. We decided to aline the wheels too.

Lee & his team always do a great job on my family's vehicles...since 2005! I appreciate that the cost of the battery was less than than local auto parts store. (I needed a new car battery today.) 20 years ago, I would have changed out a car battery w/my hubby, but I knew Lee & his team would inspect the terminal cables, clean them, add battery terminal pads and anti-corrosive, faster and better than we can.
Toyota of Richardson, by far, has the best customer service of all the locations. Oliver is my go-to guy and he never disappoints. He is highly professional and genuinely interested in helping his customers resolve their concerns and automotive issues. He understands the brand and exceeds those expectations. His level of service is ALWAYS 200% quality ensuring my absolute loyalty.
