Very good service experience.
Just oil change in the dealer
Was ready when promised, service tech was very personable.
Super helpful and got us in and out quickly.
My only complaint was a dirty, sticky steering wheel.
Repair work on our 2006 Camry at Richardson Toyota has been competent and timely. In past visits the repair technicians at Richardson Toyota have found things done at two other Toyota repair shops were done incorrectly. One dealer in Maryland and one in Texas. By correcting those poorly done repairs I noticeable much improvement in operation of our Camry.
Very quick and easy process. The gentleman who helped me was very efficient. Happy to bring my car back again
