Always good price great service
I had a synthetic oil & filter change using a great coupon and also had my state inspection done. my car was promised to me in about 1.5 hours and just ran slightly over that estimate.. maybe 15 minutes. Also, I had old car wash coupons that were not good anymore since TOR changed the car wash they were dealing with now. Thus, they gave me a couple of car wash coupons for that company to replace my old useless ones.
The service advisor was courteous and professional. Toyota of Richardson always got good prices on service compared to other Toyota dealers. I always come to Toyota of Richardson for service need, even thought there are two Toyota dealers nearby.
