I had a great experience. Lee, my service advisor, got me checked in and my car was ready before the promised time. It was great.
I was there about 2 weeks before this service to have tire alignment and new tires installed. After that I have rattled sound every time when I was driving. It wasnt there before the service, so I went back to have it fixed. I was charged another 1400 on top of what I paid previous 1400. Unfortunately, the service advisor that I went first time wasnt working there anymore. Its another person assisted me. He is nice, but I am not happy been charged for the issue was not there before.
