The service Tech was very friendly and helpful and kept me informed during the whole service process.
The Service Rep wasn't familiar with getting Alexia in the vehicle to work. I would have rated 4 stars but I requested my tire inflation be checked and one week later my dashboard notified me that the tires were low on inflation. Had to add 5 lbs in all tires.
Excellent service, very friendly it did took a bit more time than what I was told, but other than that it was great.
Brian Johnson was stellar at assisting me with my car purchase! He completely understood the assignment, and he executed with professionalism and excellence! I highly recommend him for your car purchasing needs!
I did not have a good experience with dealer. From oil leak after oil change; oil filter over tightened; I can't remove the tire due the nuts were too big (!); after fixing the front brake, there was noise in the front passenger side - due to hub bearing ... nut not tightened! It does not make sense!
