My first time there for service as I had to move and Toyota Richardson is my new service place. Justin Ryan showed me step by step the process, a tour of the facility, and kept me updated on the services my car needed to have while I waited. Above and beyond!

Really appreciated meeting the time of delivery for pickup.
Everything was fine, got a lot of routine things taken care of. beth Ann was good. However, needed to return the car because the ac had been turned off. Brandon explained that it was turned off while completing the other work (?), but he switched it back on. Yea!
