Very polite. Work came in less then they first told me, which is unusual for a Dealership, I think. Car runs better than it ever has.
Was told on the phone the cost of this service. Was charged more than told on the phone
The service advisor, ZAFAR, tried to sell me services that were not needed. This is not the first time that I have dealt with him. The service has gone downhill at this location and I am considering taking my car elsewhere to be serviced. I did not see proof that my brakes were even checked and when I asked ZAFAR, I was told that I had 30 percent left. I felt ripped off.
