Quick and polite. Not cheap but dependable.
My service advisor, Lee Schuster, provided me with excellent service. I went there for oil and filter change but asked him to check records concerning the last time I had my car serviced for the required mileage. He did check and was able to have my car serviced as needed. Extremely satisfied with my technical advisor and Toyota of Richardson. Excellent service.

Service was quick. Advisor explained work to be performed completely. Charges were as per estimate.
Exceptional service today. Shuttle back to house and a pick up back to the Service Center. Appointment was at 7:05. Received a call around 11:20 that the car was ready and they'd send the shuttle to pick me up.
